Designed in RGB and uploaded with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in CMYK or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted, and Party & Print STL is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Important: Entering your event date does not guarantee delivery by this date.
If your file is not the correct size for printing, we may need to resize it to fit the product dimensions. Resizing may slightly change the layout or proportions, and we are not responsible for any distortion that occurs as a result of resizing. Resizing can also add up to 24 hours to the production timeline.
Any delays caused by submitting files that are not print-ready may extend the production timeline.

A digital proof will be provided through our Party & Print STL Proofing System, and you will be notified via email once it is ready for review.
Party & Print STL does not provide proofs automatically. Proofs are only sent if requested during the order process and if that option is available for the product.
If you choose to receive a proof, it is your responsibility to check your email and carefully review your design for spelling, grammar, layout issues, and image clarity.
Please note: Requesting a proof may impact turnaround time.
We will send a total of three emails—one initial notification and two follow-up reminders. If we do not receive a response within 12 hours after the final reminder, we will proceed with the design as-is.

I understand this is a custom design and requires 24–48 hours additional production time. This time is used to create the design to my specifications.
Once the design is completed and approved, it will be printed the following business day and shipped the business day after that. Most shipments arrive in 2–3 days.
Proofs will be sent if you opt to receive them. Please note that revisions may take up to 24 hours each. Failure to review proofs in a timely manner will extend production time. IF YOU FAIL TO REPLY TO THE PROOF REQUEST WITHIN 24 HOURS, WE WILL SEND THE ITEM TO PRINT AS IS. We highly advise checking your email regularly during this process.
