Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Party & Print STL, most products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because custom products cannot be resold, we maintain the following refund, return, and cancellation policy.

All custom and personalized products are considered final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once design work or production has begun.
Deposits & Payments
In-Store Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before design work and production can begin.
The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, proofs have been prepared, materials have been ordered, or production has begun.
Online Orders
All online orders require payment in full at the time of purchase.
Because online orders are custom-made and personalized, payments become non-refundable once design work or production has started.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
By approving a proof, the customer confirms that all information is accurate, including:

Colors
-
Spelling
-
Grammar

Event Details

Design Layout
Party & Print STL is not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.
Reprints resulting from customer-approved errors will be treated as a new order.
Design Services
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a customer chooses not to proceed after design work has started, any design fees, labor costs, and completed work may be deducted from any approved refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Party & Print STL within 3 business days of receiving the order.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Description of the issue
Verified production defects may be repaired, replaced, or reprinted at the discretion of Party & Print STL.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customer-Supplied Photos & Artwork
Party & Print STL is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-supplied files, including:

Low-resolution images
-
Blurry photos
-
Pixelated artwork
-
Poor image quality
-
Misspellings within submitted artwork
-
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Customers are encouraged to submit the highest-quality files available.
Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from colors viewed on monitors, mobile devices, tablets, or other screens.
Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Color variations are not grounds for refunds, exchanges, or reprints.
Shipping & Delivery
Party & Print STL is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather conditions
-
Natural disasters
-
Incorrect shipping addresses

Carrier service interruptions

Circumstances beyond our control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before design work begins may be eligible for a refund, less payment processing fees and administrative costs.
Orders canceled after design work, proof preparation, material purchasing, or production has begun are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Party & Print STL directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback for a custom product that was designed, produced, or delivered according to the approved proof may result in the submission of order records, proofs, approvals, communications, tracking information, and other supporting documentation to the payment processor.
