We understand that losing a loved one is never something we can prepare for, and during such a difficult time, planning can feel overwhelming. Sharing your preferred delivery date helps us handle your order with care and prioritize production as best we can within our workflow.
While we will do everything we can to meet your timeline, please note:
Each revision request may extend the production process by up to 24 hours.
Artwork or content that is not print-ready may cause additional delays.

We recognize that funeral arrangements often happen quickly. If your timeline is urgent, please let us know as early as possible so we can guide you through the process and explore available options to support you during this time.

Party & Print STL does not provide proofs automatically. Proofs are only sent if requested during the order process and if that option is available for the product.
If you choose to receive a proof, it is your responsibility to check your email and carefully review your design for spelling, grammar, layout issues, and image clarity.
Please note: Requesting a proof may impact turnaround time.
We will send a total of three emails—one initial notification and two follow-up reminders. If we do not receive a response within 12 hours after the final reminder, we will proceed with the design as-is.
