- POLE POCKETS (recommended for a clean and neat finish. Be aware that pole pockets will slide through the pole in your photo stand, so if you select pole pockets, understand that the pocket is accounted for in the height, and can effect the height by 1-2 inches)

Why we ask: Knowing your event date helps us plan production in our normal workflow. This does not mean we can change our policies or speed up production to meet a deadline.

If your file is not the correct size for printing, we may need to resize it to fit the product dimensions. Resizing may slightly change the layout or proportions, and we are not responsible for any distortion that occurs as a result of resizing. Resizing can also add up to 24 hours to the production timeline.
Any delays caused by submitting files that are not print-ready may extend the production timeline.
We strongly recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow enough time for production, shipping, and any unexpected delays.
