GRADUATION LAYAWAY PAYMENT TERMS

Reserve your graduation package now with a $99 down payment and make additional payments over time. Your order will remain on hold while you complete your payments and provide the required design and personalization details.

Please read these terms carefully before reserving your graduation package.

1. $99 LAYAWAY DEPOSIT

A $99 deposit is required to reserve your graduation package through the layaway program.

The $99 deposit is applied toward the total price of your selected graduation package.

Your package will remain on hold and will not enter production until all required payments, photos, wording, personalization details, and approvals have been completed.

2. FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS

After the initial $99 deposit, you may make additional payments toward your remaining balance.

Additional payments may be made online through the available payment system.

You are responsible for making sure your balance is paid in full by the required deadline.

Partial payments do not place your order into production.

3. PHOTOS, WORDING & PERSONALIZATION

You may submit your photos, wording, and personalization details after reserving your package.

All required information must be received by the applicable deadline.

Please make sure submitted photos are high quality and suitable for the requested print size. Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or unusable information may affect the production and delivery timeline.

4. FINAL DEADLINE

Full payment, photos, wording, and personalization details must be received at least 14 days before your event OR by August 31, 2027, whichever comes first.

For example, if your event is earlier than August 31, 2027, your deadline is 14 days before your event.

If your event is after August 31, 2027, your final deadline is August 31, 2027.

IMPORTANT

If you do not complete your order requirements by the applicable deadline, on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for meeting all payment and submission deadlines.

5. DIGITAL PROOF DEADLINE

If you select a digital proof, your final proof approval must also be completed by the applicable deadline.

The applicable deadline is:

14 days before your event OR August 31, 2027, whichever comes first.

Production cannot proceed until the required proof approval has been completed.

6. ORDER STATUS

Layaway orders will remain ON HOLD until:

• Full payment has been received.

• Required photos have been submitted.

• Wording and personalization details have been submitted.

• Any required digital proof has been approved.

• All other information needed for production has been completed.

Once all requirements are complete, the order can be prepared for production.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

All layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person, order, or future promotion.

8. EXPIRATION OF LAYAWAY ORDERS

All layaway orders must be fully completed by August 31, 2027, or by the applicable event deadline if it occurs earlier.

Orders that are not fully completed by August 31, 2027 will expire, and all payments will be forfeited.

Expired orders cannot be transferred to another person, order, or future promotion.

9. PAYMENTS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED

Layaway payments are tied to the original order.

Payments cannot be:

• Transferred to another person

• Transferred to another order

• Transferred to a different graduation package

• Applied to a future promotion

10. MISSED DEADLINES

If required payments, photos, personalization details, or proof approvals are not completed by the applicable deadline, delivery by the requested event date cannot be guaranteed.

Customers remain responsible for completing their order requirements within the stated timeframe.

Orders that remain incomplete through the final expiration date may be canceled in accordance with these layaway terms.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By participating in the layaway program, the customer agrees to:

• Make all required payments on time.

• Monitor their remaining balance.

• Submit photos and design information by the deadline.

• Provide accurate wording and personalization details.

• Review and approve digital proofs by the deadline when applicable.

• Ensure all order requirements are completed on time.

12. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By checking the agreement box before proceeding with your layaway reservation, you acknowledge that you have:

Read and agree to the layaway payment terms and deadlines.

You understand that:

• The $99 deposit is applied toward your package.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payments cannot be transferred to another person, order, or future promotion.

• Your order remains on hold until fully paid and all required details are received.

• Full payment and required design information must be completed at least 14 days before your event or by August 31, 2027, whichever comes first.

• Digital proof approval must also be completed by the applicable deadline.

• Orders not fully completed by August 31, 2027 will expire and payments will be forfeited.

• On-time delivery cannot be guaranteed if applicable deadlines are missed.
