They are great. They took my daughter’s vision and made it come to life. The banner turned out to be so beautiful, all I could do was smile. Everyone that has seen (at my jewelry event), love it. So clear, so everything. I went into their shop and they made me feel so comfortable, the young man was so attentive, I walk with a cane and told me to sit down and did everything for my by coming to me. When I went to get the banner, I sat down again and him and the owner helped me while I was sitting. She took her time and they both showed me how to set it up and take it down. This was a beautiful rolled up banner and stand. I left the feeling quite satisfied and it was worth the money I spent. So glad I went there. They were my one and done .

Blurry and/ or fuzzy prints not much customer service help

The service was very poor and unprofessional. I originally went here because of being black owned and seeing them on social media. When calling the store the man there stated that if you order by 2 the order will be ready same day. I received 2/3 of my order very late after 8pm and the 3rd was ready the next day after 8pm when it was supposed to be ready the day before that. When I went to the store inquiring about my order the owner I suppose or a lady there was not nice or pleasant. Very off putting and seemed to have an attitude. I do not recommend.
