PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
For the best results, upload the original, high-resolution photo whenever possible. Screenshots, blurry photos, heavily cropped images and photos downloaded from social media may affect print quality.
PROOFING
If a proof is selected or included with your order, it will be sent for review before production. Proofs must be reviewed within 24 hours. Your order includes up to three revisions.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production begins after the design is approved. Standard production time is approximately 1–2 business days after approval. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday.
Please carefully review all names, dates and event details before submitting your order. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.
