Why we ask: Knowing your event date helps us do our best to plan production within our normal workflow. This information does not mean we can change our policies or speed up production to meet a deadline.
Important: Entering your event date does not guarantee delivery by this date. Each revision request can extend the production timeline by up to 24 hours, and non–print-ready artwork may cause additional delays.
We strongly recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow adequate time for design, proof approval, production, shipping, and any unexpected delays.

Each archway is custom designed with your loved one’s photos, name, dates, colors, and memorial theme. Add flowers, favorite colors, meaningful sayings, or other special elements to create a tribute that truly reflects their life and memory.

The dimensional columns provide a more substantial, finished appearance than our flat-panel archway and allow the memorial design to continue around all four sides of each column.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Although the dimensional columns can stand upright, the archway should always be properly secured or supported during use, especially outdoors or in areas where it may be exposed to wind, movement, or guest traffic.
Every life is unique. Your memorial should be too.
PHOTO AND ARTWORK FILE REQUIREMENTS
We strongly recommend that all customer-uploaded photos and files meet the following quality standards to ensure the best possible print results:
High-Resolution Images: Photos should have at least 300 DPIs at a 1:1 ratio (100%) to prevent pixelation, blurriness, or distortion. Low-resolution images may result in poor print quality, for which Print STL is not responsible. While we reserve the right to reject low-quality images, we do not guarantee verification of every file.
Clear & Well-Lit Photos: For best results, upload high-quality, professionally taken photos or clear smartphone images with good lighting. Avoid blurry, overly filtered, or heavily compressed images, as they may not print well.
Uncropped, Full-Frame Photos: Ensure the person or object is fully visible in the image with no essential parts cut off. Photos that are too tightly cropped may not fit well within the design.
No Screenshots or Social Media Downloads: Photos taken from social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, or screenshots) are often compressed and may appear pixelated when printed. Always upload the original, high-resolution file for the best results.
Avoid Photos of Photos: Please do not take a picture of a printed photo and upload it. This often results in glare, distortion, shadows, and loss of quality, making the final print look poor. If the original digital file is unavailable, consider scanning the printed photo at 300 DPI or higher for a clearer result.
RGB Color Profile: Images should be uploaded in RGB color mode without an embedded color profile. If a file is uploaded in CMYK or another format, it will be converted automatically, which may cause color shifts. Print STL is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by this conversion.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure your event design appears crisp, vibrant, and professional in print.
