Uploading High-Quality Photos for Your Personalized Product
To ensure the best results for your personalized product, it’s important to upload a high-quality photo. Here are some guidelines to help you choose the perfect image:
Resolution: Your photo should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) for the clearest, most detailed print. Lower-resolution photos may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
Clarity: Choose a clear, high-quality photo that is well-lit and in focus. Blurry or dark photos may not transfer well onto the final product.
Size: The larger and more detailed the image, the better the final product will be. We recommend using a photo with a resolution of at least 1200 x 1200 pixels or higher.
Avoid Cropping: Make sure the photo includes the full image you want to use. Avoid cropping out important details, as this may impact how the design turns out.
File Format: We accept JPEG and PNG file formats for your photo upload.
Important Note: We are not responsible for photos that do not meet the specified requirements. Once we receive your photo, we will create a proof of your personalized product and send it to you via email for approval. You are entitled to two revisions of the proof. After the second revision, there will be a $10 fee for each additional revision.
Please ensure your photo meets these specifications to avoid delays in processing your order. If you have any concerns about your image, we encourage you to upload the highest quality photo possible.
